Product implementation steps include:
- Participation of client and IT staff to define clear project objectives and project plannning. A dedicated team will evaluate the scope of the project, determine the most effective approach and work closely with the client to develop a detailed implementation plan that meets their business needs.
- Definition requirements and technical specifications for Customized functionality including interfaces, workflows, and application testing.
- Conducting a pilot with clients for Proof of Concept.
- Setting up a Project Management team.
